Everything you need to know before reaching out. Can't find what you're looking for? Contact us directly — we respond to every inquiry within 24 hours.
The first step is a conversation. Reach out through our contact form or email [email protected] and tell us what you're working on. We'll respond within 24 hours and set up an initial call to understand your needs.
From there, we'll develop a tailored proposal and Statement of Work. No work begins until both parties have signed an agreement.
We work with businesses of all sizes — from individual entrepreneurs and small local businesses to regional companies and organizations pursuing government contracts. What matters to us is not your size, but your standards. We are selective about who we take on because we invest fully in every client relationship.
Every engagement starts with a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. From there, the process varies by service division — but you'll always have a clear point of contact, defined milestones, and regular communication throughout.
It depends on the type and scope of work. For digital and creative services, we can typically begin within 5–10 business days of a signed agreement and deposit. For emergency operational services like refrigeration deployment, we can mobilize 24/7. Contact us with your timeline and we'll give you a direct answer.
No. Some clients engage us for single projects, others for ongoing retainer relationships. We'll recommend the structure that makes sense for your goals. Ongoing relationships are scoped and billed on a monthly retainer or project basis, with clear terms for either party to adjust or end the engagement.
All fees are defined in your Statement of Work before any work begins. Standard billing is 50% deposit upon signing and 50% upon delivery — for project-based work. Retainer clients are billed monthly at the start of each period. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
No. Initial consultations are complimentary. We take the time to understand your situation before quoting anything. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — and often point you in the right direction anyway.
Scope changes happen. We handle them through a signed Change Order that documents the new work, any additional fees, and any timeline impact. We never start out-of-scope work without a Change Order in place — this protects both parties and keeps the project on track.
We accept check, ACH transfer, and Zelle. Payment instructions are included on every invoice. For government clients, we accommodate standard procurement payment terms including NET 30 and purchase orders.
Yes — and this is one of our core strengths. A client can engage us for digital strategy, print production, and concierge services simultaneously, with one point of contact managing all of it. You're not dealing with three separate vendors and three separate relationships. You're dealing with one team that understands how everything fits together.
Yes. DW Global provides digital strategy, paid media, and campaign support services to political campaigns on a non-partisan basis. We have worked with congressional campaigns and provide the same standard of professional service regardless of party affiliation. Campaigns do not reflect the political views or values of DW Global Management.
Political advertising on Google and Meta requires platform-specific authorization — we assist clients in navigating this process.
Our concierge division handles tasks that don't fit neatly into other categories — sourcing, logistics, business support, lifestyle management, and coordination. Think of it as having a trusted, capable person who can handle almost anything you need done well and discreetly.
Engagements can be project-specific or ongoing. We start with a direct conversation about your needs and build from there.
Yes. DW Global is an active registrant on SAM.gov with 12 NAICS codes and is eligible for federal, state, and local government contracts. We are also registered on Florida's MFMP vendor portal for state agency procurement. Visit our Government Contracting page for full details.
Applications are accepted through our Vendor Portal. Complete the application form in full — we review every submission personally. Acceptance is selective. We evaluate based on performance record, quality of work, and professional standards, not credentials alone.
We limit the number of new vendor applications we review each month to ensure every applicant receives proper attention. When monthly capacity is full, the application form is temporarily closed and reopens at the start of the following month. Check the Vendor Portal for current availability.
Accepted vendors are required to sign a Vendor Network Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to have a current W-9 and Certificate of Insurance on file. From there, work is assigned on a project-by-project basis via a Statement of Work.
Yes — accepted vendors are provided with embed codes for the official DW Global Trusted Vendor badge in three formats (seal, horizontal, and square). Badge usage is limited to current, active vendors in good standing. Visit the Vendor Portal for badge assets and embed codes.
We respond to every inquiry personally within 24 hours. No forms into a void — a real person reads every message.
